At Jumbo Bear Sports, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
